Where is the WeHa Whiskey Festival?
The WeHa Whiskey Festival takes place annually at the Hartford Golf Club in West Hartford. If you are traveling East on Albany Avenue Route 44, take a left on Norwood Street and continue through the stop sign.
How do I buy tickets?
Tickets may be purchased in advance on our website or by visiting Maximum Beverage West Hartford or Farmington. Tickets are also available at the door for $119 and you can pay by cash or credit card.
Do you sell a Designated Driver ticket?
Yes Designated Driver tickets are available for $50. Patrons will be able to enjoy all of the food ($60 value) as well as soft drinks, coffee water and cigars.
What does the ticket include?
Your ticket will include entry to the event and ability to sample 200+ different types of bourbon, whiskey, scotch and barrel aged spirits. We are proud to offer a premium cigar selection to smoke at this year's event. You will receive a complimentary tasting glass at the door along with whiskey specials for the night of the event only. Food from the area's best chefs is included at no additional cost.
Do I need to purchase additional vouchers or tickets to try the whiskey?
Nope. Your ticket gets you access to sample all the whiskey you want!
Will there be food served?
Food is provided by the Hartford Golf Club - a $60 value! Get ready for a custom mac and cheese bar with toppings like lobster, pulled pork, and bacon, carving station with premium meats, flatbread station, gluten free and vegetarian options, passed hors d’oeuvres and desserts. We are also bringing back the local restaurant battle!
Do I need to bring a glass?
Don't be silly! You will receive a complimentary tasting glass at the door along with your program and order sheet. Feel free to take the glass home to drink your whiskey in the future!
Do you offer group rates?
You bet. We offer a 4-pack of tickets for $360. For large groups/families, please send Kevin a message on our contact page.
Tell me about the VIP Tasting
The VIP Tasting is a private tasting that occurs before the main event at 5pm. VIP ticket holders will have the ability to sample some of the rarest whiskies in the world! Additional goodies will be provided. A $400 value and limited to the first 40 ticket buyers.
What will be sampled?
Top marques from dozens of brands and 200+ products total. Please follow this link for more. Last pours occur at 9pm. We are not allowed to serve anything after that due to CT liquor laws.
I definitely don't want to miss one of the whiskeys I saw on the list. How will I know where it is being poured?
You will receive an program when you walk through the door. All of the products we are sampling will be organized by table and each table at the event has a sign.
What will the raffle prizes be?
Our raffle will include baskets of Bourbon, Whiskey and Scotch, along with memorabilia from our vendors. Raffle tickets may be purchased using cash or credit card at the event. An opportunity to double your tickets will be available at no cost! Winners will be announced the night of the event. All raffle sales benefit our charities.
Will there be entertainment?
Yes a live jazz piano trio will be preforming to set the mood!
Is there a dress code?
Business or business casual clothes are recommended. Jeans are allowed and suit jackets are not required.
Will there be any non-alcoholic drinks?
Yes water, soda, and coffee will be provided.
Can I buy any whiskey at the event?
While we cannot sell whiskey at the event, ordering will be provided and fulfilled by Maximum Beverage. Orders will be available to pick up in store. Proceeds from all orders will benefit Hartford's Camp Courant.
I'm a member of the press, are there any tickets reserved for me?

I purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, can I get my money back?
Unfortunately, because this is a fundraiser all sales are final. You have friends or family members who love whiskey though, ask one of them to take your ticket!
Where do I park?
Plenty of parking is available in the Golf Club lot. Carpooling is recommended.
Are there any hotels nearby?
A number of hotels are available in Avon, Farmington, Hartford and be sure to check out the brand new Delamar Hotel in Blue Back Square!

Distilleries, menus and schedule subject to change without notice. Chef or distillery cancellation is not grounds for refund.
This event will be filmed and photographed. By accepting the ticket you have agreed that you may be videotaped or photographed incidental to the show. Smile!
