1. Jameson The Blenders Dog
The Blender’s Dog - part of the Whiskey Makers Series - is an Irish Whiskey that celebrates the craft of Head Blender Billy Leighton. A combination of ages and cask types. A rich, round, creamy mouthfeel, with the sweetness of butterscotch, giving way to the prickle of the pot still spices. Succulent fruit brings the perfect balance as charred oak with some subtle tannin add to the complexity.

2. Redbreast 15 Year
95 Points Ultimate Beverage Competition. A stunning example of classic Irish whisky. Matured in a combination of Spanish Oloroso sherry casks and American Bourbon whisky barrels. Bottled at the higher ABV strength of 46%, Redbreast 15 Year Old is non chill filtered. Notes of rolled oats and honey on the nose with a wisp of brine, saddle leather, and orange blossom. Incredible balance of fruit and honey against more mature flavors of roasted chestnuts and tobacco.

3. J.J. Corry The Gael
'The Gael' took the folks at JJ Corry two years to develop. First they sourced excellent quality and very rare mature Irish Whiskey from the handful of distillers on the island. Then they set about classifying each cask into a particular flavor block so they could begin blending to create a Classic Irish Whiskey - one bursting with juicy fruit flavors. Only 7,000 bottles were made of this batch. A true craft blenders whiskey.

4. Kinahan's Small Batch
95 Points Ultimate Beverage Competition. Blended in very small batches from Kinahan's private collection of aged whiskeys. Matured and finished in a variety of American oak casks. Bottled at 46% abv with no-chill filtration. The result is a multi-layered, the unusually well balanced, mellow, fruity and full flavored character. Bright and delicate aromas of breakfast cereal, sweet cream, orange peel, and apricot. The palate is wonderfully restrained with hints of peaches and cream with flavors of sweet spice and rolled oats. The finish is toasty and complex.

5. Glendalough 13 Year Mizunara Finish
The first and only Irish whiskey to have been finished in Japanese mizunara oak casks. First aged in bourbon barrels, this single malt was then transferred to never-used mizunara barrels created by hand at Japan's only independent cooperage. These lightly charred barrels have added vanilla, sandalwood and a touch of coconut to the whisky, while also increasing smoothness and depth of flavor.

6. The Temple Bar Single Malt 10 Year
92 Ultimate Beverage Competition. The Temple Bar is one of Dublin’s most iconic pubs. Up to as recently as the 1970s, many Irish pub owners purchased whiskey in cask and then bottled it for their customers. These pub owners were known as “whiskey bonders,” a phrase that still hangs on signs over many pubs in Ireland today. The Temple Bar Irish Whiskey Collection recreates this pub-led tradition. This line of exceptional flavorful whiskeys is a testament to the passion and dedication of the team at The Temple Bar, home to some of the top whiskey experts in Ireland.
